LATEST RADAR OBSERVATIONS SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING
RAPIDLY ACROSS NORTHEAST DAWSON COUNTY ABOUT 30 MILES SOUTH
OF BROKEN BOW NEBRASKA.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING
NORTH AT 25 MILES AN HOUR INTO SOUTHERN CUSTER COUNTY.  PERSONS
IN THE TOWN OF ANSLEY SHOULD PREPARE FOR THUNDERSTORMS WITH
VERY HEAVY RAIN...STRONG GUSTY WINDS...LARGE HAIL AND POSSIBLE
TORNADOES BY 940 PM CDT.  ANOTHER THUNDERSTORM WAS DEVELOPING
NEAR THE TOWN OF OCONTO...WHICH IS 40 MILES EAST OF NORTH PLATTE.
