IN CENTRAL INDIANA ...HAMILTON COUNTY AT 445 PM EST THE STATE POLICE REPORTED ESTIMATED WINDS NEAR 100 MILES AN HOUR IN LEBONAN ABOUT 30 MILES NORTHWEST OF INDIANAPOLIS. IN ADDITION STATE POLICE REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD NEAR INTERSTATE 65 AND 465 IN EXTRE NORTHWEST MARION COUNTY. THIS SEVERE STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO AND WILL MOVE ACROSS HAMILTON COUNTY...JUST NORTH OF INDIANAPOLI PERSONS IN EXTREME NORTHERN MARION COUNTY MAY EXPERIENCE STRONG WINDS FROM THE OUTFLOW OF THIS THUNDERSTORM.
