210 PM EST THU AUG 8 1991

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST FOR A LARGE
PART OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN INDIANA. SOME CITIES IN THE WATCH INCLUDE
...INDIANAPOLIS...TERRE HAUTE...BLOOMINGTON...EVANSVILLE...BEDFORD...
COLUMBUS...AND SEYMOUR.

AT 205 PM EST A THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING BLINDING RAIN
AND WIND GUSTS TO 40 MILES AN HOUR ALONG WITH DANGEROUS LIGHTNING
WAS APPROACHING INDIANAPOLIS. THIS STORM WAS ABOUT 20 MILES WEST
OF DOWNTOWN INDIANAPOLIS AND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE METRO AREA
INCLUDING THE GOLF COURSE FOR THE PGA TOURNAMENT JUST NORTH OF
OF INDIANAPOLIS.

IF THREATENING C5ONDITIONS APPROACH MOVE TO A SAFE LOCATION.
