FLOODING CONTINUES TO BE REPORTED THROUGHOUT UNION AND HENDERSON
COUNTIES BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND THE PUBLIC. AN OBSERVER IN HENDERSON
REPORTED 1.27 INCHES OF RAIN IN AN HOUR AND A HALF. ALTHOUGH THE RAIN
WILL END DURING THE NEXT HOUR OR SO...RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE AND CREEKS
