INZALL-022100- SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE INDIANAPOLIS IN 355 PM EST MON DEC 2 1991 A SNOW AND FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR EXTREME NORTHWEST AND FAR NORTH CENTRAL INDIANA TONIGHT. A FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR WEST CENTRAL...NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST INDIANA THIS EVENING. A MIXTURE OF RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN WAS FALLING OVER NORTHERN INDIANA AT 4 PM EST. THE MIXED PRECIPITATION WAS ALONG AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM LAFAYETTE TO FORT WAYNE. SOUTH OF THIS LINE RAIN WAS FALLING. IN FAR NORTHWEST INDIANA LIGHT SNOW WAS OCCURRING AT 4 PM EST. THE FREEZING RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CHANGE TO RAIN BY MIDNIGHT OVER NORTHEAST AND WEST CENTRAL INDIANA. FREEZING RAIN...SLEET AND SNOW IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE IN NORTHWEST INDIANA DURING THE NIGHT.
