AT 230 PM...RADAR INDICATED NO THUNDERSTORMS IN BUREAU COUNTY. HOWEVER...
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TOWARD NORTHWEST PARTS OF THE STATE
ABOUT 25 MILES WEST OF THE QUAD CITIES. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST
AROUND 30 MPH. THESE STORMS WILL APPROACH WESTERN PARTS OF BUREAU COUNTY
AROUND 430 PM...IF THEY KEEP MOVING AT THE SAME SPEED AND INTENSITY.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR NORTHWEST AND NORTHERN
ILLINOIS...INCLUDING BUREAU COUNTY...UNTIL 500 PM CDT. HAIL...DAMAGING
WINDS AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE WITH THE THUNDERSTORMS IN THIS

...STRONG THUNDERTORMS IN NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...

AT 330 PM...RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS THAT HAS DEVELOPED
FROM 45 MILES NORTHEAST TO 20 MILES SOUTH OF MOLINE. THIS LINE WAS JUST
ENTERING EXTREME NORTHWEST BUREAU COUNTY. OTHER STRONG THUNDERSTORMS
EXTENDED FROM NEAR MOLINE TO ROCKFORD. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST ABOUT
35 MPH. THE FIRST LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS
NORTHERN BUREAU COUNTY DURING THE NEXT HOUR.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR NORTHWEST AND NORTHERN

...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...

AT 605 PM...RADAR INDICATED SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME
WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...IN WESTERN ILLINOIS. THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE
10 MILES NORTH OF GALESBURG...NEAR MONMOUTH...AND 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF
MACOMB. HEAVY RAIN...WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH AND MARBLE SIZED HAIL HAVE
BEEN REPORTED WITH THESE STORMS.

THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AROUND 35 MPH AND ARE EXPECTED TO EXTEND
FROM NEAR BRADFORD TO 20 MILES WEST OF PEORIA TO NEAR CANTON BY 700 PM.

THE VERY HEAVY RAIN ASSOCIATED WITH THESE STORMS...ALONG WITH THE FACT
THAT THEY COULD MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS REPEATEDLY...MAY CAUSE SOME
FLOODING IN PARTS OF WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS A FLOODED ROADWAY IN YOUR VEHICLE OR BY FOOT.

ANOTHER AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAS RECENTLY DEVELOPED IN PARTS
OF NORTHEAST WOODFORD COUNTY NEAR MINONK...35 MILES NORTHEAST OF PEORIA.
THESE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AROUND 35 MPH AND ARE ALSO CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN...HAIL AND DEADLY LIGHTNING. THESE STORMS ARE
EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO LIVINGSTON COUNTY BY 700 PM.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR MOST OF WEST CENTRAL
ILLINOIS UNTIL 1000 PM. IN ADDITION...A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT
FOR BUREAU AND PUTNAM COUNTIES THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT.
