IN EAST CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA ...SOUTHERN CARTERET COUNTY AND FOR THE NORTH CAROLINA COASTAL WATERS FROM ...CAPE LOOKOUT TO BOGUE INLET AT 825 A WATERSPOUT WAS OVER BOUGUE SOUND MOVING TOWARD SALTER PATH IN CARTERET COUNTY. THE WATERSPOUT WAS MOVING EAST AROUND 15 MPH. THIS REPORTED WAS RELAYED BY THE CARTERET COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT. DS
