TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS
 
   ...LABETTE COUNTY...SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY
 
AT 915 PM CDT A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND ABOUT 20 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF COFFEYVILLE NEAR COPAN, OKALHOMA. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING
EAST NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.
 
IF YOU ARE IN COFFEYVILLE, VALEDA, AND OSWEGO YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF
THIS POSSIBLE TORNADO.
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PAThH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
OTHERWISE... GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR
POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A
STURDIER BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
