EFFECTIVE UNTIL 330 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF COLORADO
      WEST CENTRAL LINCOLN...ELBERT

...INCLUDING THE TOWNS OF MATHESON AND LIMON COLORADO...

AT 230 PM MDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH POSSIBLE T
TORNADO 18 MILES SOUTHEAST OF KIOWA WHICH IS 20 MILES NORTHWEST
OF LIMON COLORADO MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.
