   CDT...

AT 335 PM CDT THUNDESTORMS WERE DEVELOPING RAPIDLY OVER SOUTHERN
NEBRASKA AND A FEW NEW ONES WERE IN THE WEST CENTRAL.

IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA THE STORMS WERE IN A 50 MILE WIDE AREA FROM
THE KANSAS NEBRASKA BORDER SOUTH OF HASTINGS...NORTHWEST ACROSS INTER
STATE 80 BETWEEN KEARNEY AND LEXINGTON...TO 35 MILES NORTHEAST OF
LEXINGTON.  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WERE JUST NORTH OF ELM CREEK
OR 20 MILES WEST OF KEARNEY...AND JUST SOUTH OF AXTELL OR ABOUT 25 MILES
SOUTH OF KEARNEY.

MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTH AT 35MPH.

AT 435 PM CDT THUNDESTORMS WERE IN AN AREA 50 MILES WIDE FROM NORTH
CENTRAL KANSAS NEAR SMITH CENTER TO LOUP CITY...30 MILES NORTHWEST
OF GRAND ISLAND.

STRONG STORMS WITHIN THIS AREA CONTAIN HEAVY RAIN...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING
STRONG GUSTY WIND gAND A FEW LIKELY CONTAIN PEA TO MARBLE SIZE HAIL.
ONE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS NEAR THE KANSAS STATELINE...35 MILES SOUTH
SOUTHWEST OF HASTINGS.  ANOTHER WAS 5 MILES SOUTH OF KEARNEY.

MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTH AT 35 MPH.
