AT 5 PM THUNDERSTORMS BETWEEN EMERSON AND WATERBURY NEBRASKA...15 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF SIOUX CITY...EXTENDED BEYOND NORFOLK. THE THUNDERSTORMS
WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.

PEOPLE THROUGHOUT NORTHEAST NEBRASKA...NORTHWEST IOWA AND ADJACENT PARTS
OF SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA SHOULD BE ALERT FOR POSSSIBLE SEVERE WEATHER
THIS EVENING. PEOPLE IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS SHOULD BE READY TO MOVE TO
HIGH GROUND. THE RAIN WILL BE FALLING ON SATURATED GROUND SO RAPID RUNOFF
