THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
      SOUTHERN RICHLAND

AT 920 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY A COOPERATIVE WEATHER
OBSERVER 1 MILE SOUTHWEST OF THE TOWN OF LIDGERWOOD NORTH DAKOTA.
THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. THE TOWN OF
LIDGERWOOD NORTH DAKOTA  WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS STORM.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE IS IN
A BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
