RADAR INDICATES THAT MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINS HAVE FALLEN OVER BLEDSOE
AND RHEA COUNTIES OVERNIGHT...AND PINEY CREEK AT SPRING CITY HAS
FLOODED CAUSING EVACUATION OF SEVERAL FAMILIES.
