1005 PM CDT WED APR 10 1991

AT 10 PM CDT...HONDO RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM JUST SOUTH OF EAGLE
PASS IN MEXICO.  THIS STORM IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 25 TO 30 MPH
AND WILL BE MOVING ACROSS THE RIO GRANDE INTO SOUTHERN MAVERICK COUNTY
WITHIN THE HOUR.

PRESENT INDICATIONS ARE THIS THUNDERSTORM COULD BE SEVERE AND PRODUCE
FREQUENT LIGHTNING...LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS AND LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL.  A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING MAY BE REQUIRED WITHIN THE
HOUR IF THE STORM CELL MAINTAINS ITS PRESENT INTENSITY AND DIRECTION
OF MOVEMENT.
