THE LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. IT SHOULD REACH THE CAPITAL CITY AROUND 11 AM. RAINFALL RATES...NEAR ONE INCH PER HOUR...WERE LOCATED IN SMALL SPOTS AROUND HARPER...ROUND MOUNTAIN...LIBERTY HILL AND JARRELL.
