AT 330 PM CST HIGHWAY 87 AT KAMEY TEXAS IS CLOSED.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF SOUTH TEXAS
TONIGHT. RESIDENTS OF CALHOUN...LAVACA...JACKSON AND VICTORIA COUNTIES
SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR HEAVY RAIN AND CONTINUED FLOODING TONIGHT.
 
VICTORIA SHOULD PREPARE FOR MAJOR RESIDENTIAL FLOODING IN THE FLOOD
PRONE AREAS...MORE THAN THE 1987 FLOOD...THE GOLF COURSE AND ZOO
