AT 1020 PM CDT WATERLOO RADAR WAS SHOWING A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS 15 MILES WIDE ALONG I35 FROM MINNESOTA BORDER TO SOUTH OF DES MOINES. HEAVY RAIN...QUITE ALOT OF LIGHTNING AND WINDS 20 TO 35 MILES AN HOUR AS WERE REPORTED WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS AS THEY MOVE NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.
