NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DODGE CITY KS
357 PM CDT WED JUN 19 1991

AT 355 PM CDT WEATHER RADAR WAS SHOWING A NEWLY DEVELOPED THUNDERSTORM 2MILES NORTHEAST OF DODGE CITY...BETWEEN JETMORE AND HANSTON. THIS STORM
HAD FORMED RAPIDLY AND IS ONE OF SEVERAL SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS THAT
ARE EXPECTED TO FORM LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE
NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH AND WILL PASS OVER HANSTON BY 430 PM.

RADAR SHOWS THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS AND
HAIL.

PERSONS IN HANSTON AND EASTERN HODGEMAN COUNTY SHOULD KEEP A CLOSE EYE
ON THE WEATHER AND IF THREATNING WEATHER APPROACHES TAKE SHELTER IN A
STRONG REINFORCED BUILDING hUNTIL THE STORM PASSES.
