AT 140 PM THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING OVER THE EXTREME SOUTH PART OF WYOMING. AT THAT TIME THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE LOCATED JUST WEST OF THE FLAMING GORGE RESERVOIR...45 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ROCK SPRINGS AND ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTH OF LARAMIE...NEAR TIE SIDING. ALL OF THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND SPREAD OVER MUCH OF THE SOUTHEAST HALF OF WYOMING THROUGH THE EVENING. SOME STORMS MAY EVEN CONTINUE AFTER MIDNIGHT. AT 147 PM A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTH OF LARAMIE.
