...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED OVER THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
WYOMING...

RADAR AND LIGHTNING DETECTORS INDICATED THAT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS
HAD DEVELOPED OVER SOUTHWEST WYOMING FROM NEAR EVANSTON TO NORTHWEST
OF ROCK SPRINGS.  THE UPPER LEVEL WINDS SHOULD STEAR THE THUNDERSTORMS
TO THE NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

IN THE WATCH AREA YET.  THE TORNADO WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM FOR
SOUTHEAST WYOMING INCLUDES THE SOUTHERN HALF OF NATRONA...CONVERSE AND
NIOBRARA COUNTIES AND ALL OF CARBON..ALBANY...LARAMIE...PLATTE AND
GOSHEN COUNTIES.
