THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING TOWNS OR CITIES...

AT 232 PM MDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 4 MILES WEST OF
YODER...OR 16 MILES SOUTHWEST OF TORRINGTON. THE STORM WAS MOVING
EAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING. DAMAGING WINDr...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...

AT 120 PM...THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING OVER THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN PARTS OF WYOMING. AT THAT TIME THE STRONGEST STORM WAS 25 MILES TO THE SOUTHEAST OF ROCK SPRINGS AND JUST TO THE EAST OF CASPER. HEAVY RAIN AND DIME SIZED HAIL WAS REPORTED IN CASPER AROUND 110 PM. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP IN THE CENTRAL AND EAST THIS AFTERNOON. ALL OF THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. THE STORMS WILL PRODUCE STRONG WIND GUSTS...BRIEF HEAVY RAIN... SMALL HAIL AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.
