SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST WERE IN SOUTHEAST LARAMIE COUNTY... MOVING NORTH AROUND 25 MILES AN HOUR. LOCAL BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS...AND HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. IN ADDITION...A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT TONIGHT FOR EASTERN WYOMING.
