THE WATCH IS WEST OF A LINE FROM CLEVELAND TO WEST UNION AND INCLUDES CINCINNATI... DAYTON... COLUMBUS... LIMA... TOLEDO... UPPER SANDUSKY... MANSFIELD... SANDUSKY AND CLEVELAND.
