AT 1035 PM EDT FLOODING WAS OBSERVED ALONG CREEKS AND LOW LYING AREAS
IN HENRY AND EASTERN LUCAS COUNTIES. THE GROUND HAS BECOME SATURATED
AND MORE RAINS WITH SOME LOCALLY HEAVY AMOUNTS ARE ON THE WAY
OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. FURTHER FLOODING IS IMMINENT.
 
 
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO qAREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
