THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL
800 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING NEW YORK COUNTIES...ERIE
PARTICULARLY ALONG CAZENOVIA CREEK.

AT 700 AM EST SECURITY IN WEST SENECA REPORTED WATER OVER THE BANKS OF
CAZENOVIA CREEK JUST WEST OF UNION AND EBENEZER IN WEST SENECA IN
ERIE COUNTY. SNOW WAS ALSO MELTING.

WARM AIR FROM THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS ALONG WITH SNOW MELT FROM THE
HEAVY SNOWS IN SOUTHERN ERIE COUNTY AND SOME ICE JAMMING HAVE CAUSED
THE CREEK TO RISE.
THE FLOOD STAGE AT EBENEZER IS 10 FEET AND THE STAGE IS CLOSE TO IT.
A FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
