AT 1130 PM CDT BROWNSVILLE RADAR DETECTED A POSSIBLE TORNADO IN
CENTRAL HIDALGO COUNTY 5 MILES NORTH OF EDINBURG. THE TORNADO WAS
MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.
