RAIN OVER MOST OF THE WESTERN HALF OF THE TENNESSEE VALLEY REGION
OF NORTH ALABAMA.

ADDITIONAL MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED LATER

STREET AND ROADWAYS HAVE BEEN REPORTED FLOODED IN ATHENS
HUNTSVILLE AND LEIGHTON IN COLBERT COUNTY ALABAMA.
 
THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NORTHERN THIRD
OF ALABAMA TONIGHT.
 
 
 
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
