THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 500 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
      SOUTHEAST RAMSEY

AT 415 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED 10 MILES EAST OF DEVILS LAKE.
THE TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THE TORNADO WILL
BE IN THE VICINITY OF THE TOWNS OF BROCKET AND SOUTHHAM IN
SOUTHEAST RAMSEY COUNTY.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER
IF AVAILABLE...OTHERWISE TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR...STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES.

DEVELOPING OVER SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES
AN HOUR. THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 15 MILES EAST OF
BISMARCK NEAR STERLING.

BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS ABRE POSSIBLE FROM
THESE THUNDERSTORMS.
