AT 815 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NORTHWEST OF
BARTLESVILLE ON THE OKLAHOMA KANSAS BORDER. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS
MOVING VERY SLOWLY TO THE EAST. FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN EXTREME
NORTHEAST OSAGE AND EXTREME NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES AS THIS
THUNDERSTORM SLOWLY MOVES OVER
THE AREAS.
