000 TTAA00 KTUL 192024 SVRTUL OKC091-192115- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TULSA OK 323 PM CDT WED SEP 19 1990 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES ... IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA ...MCINTOSH COUNTY AT 323 PM THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN TULSA INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF EUFAULA MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. PERSONS IN EUFAULA ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH... LARGE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. OKZ007-008-012-013-191845- SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TULSA OK 1242 PM CDT WED SEP 19 1990 ..THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING ACROSS NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA ONCE AGAIN... THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED OVER MUCH OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA THIS AFTERNOON. AT 12 35 PM THE TULSA WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THESE STORMS IN A 50 MILE WIDE AREA FROM SOUTH OF ENID TO PONCA CITY AND FROM THERE TO BIXBY. THESE STORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AS WELL AS SMALL HAIL AND BRIEF WIND GUSTS TO 40 MILES AN HOUR. OTHER SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED FROM NEAR MIAMI SOUTHWARD TO SALLISAW AS WELL AS OVER PORTIONS OF LINCOLN...LOGAN...AND OKLAHOMA COUNTIES IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. WHILE THE CHANCES FOR SEVERE ACTIVITY ARE SLIM IN EASTERN OKLAHOMA... RESIDENTS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT TO MINOR FLOODING OF ROADWAYS AND THE DANGER THAT LIGHTNING ASSOCIATED WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS PRESENTS.
