AT 12 44 AM RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING
RAPIDLY SOUTHWARD FROM SOUTHERN KANSAS INTO WASHINGTON COUNTY. STRONG
WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH COULD OCCUR IN COPAN AND NORTHERN WASHINGTON
COUNTY IN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES.
