2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN OVERNIGHT IN LATIMER COUNTY. WATER
WAS REPORTED OVER COUNTY ROADS AND SEVERAL CREEKS WERE OUT OF THEIR
BANKS. RAIN IS CONTINUING OVER LATIMER AND MORE IS FORCAST FOR
TODAY AND TONIGHT.
