FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES ...
 
IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA
 
   ...PITTSBURG COUNTY
 
NEAR TWO INCHES OR MORE OF RAIN HAS OCCURED IN PITTSBURG COUNTY
SINCE MIDNIGHT. THE HIGHWAY PATROL REPORTS PARTS OF HIGHWAY 31
ARE FLOODED AND IMPASSABLE.
 
SINCE MODERATE RAIN CONTINES TO FALL OVER PITTSBURG COUNTY AND
THE GROUND IS ALREADY SATURATED, FLASH FLOODING IS A DISTINCT
POSSIBILITY.
