IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS... COFFEY ... SOUTHERN OSAGE AT 725 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS 15 MILES EAST OF EMPORIA BETWEEN MELVERN AND JOHN REDMOND RESERVOIRS MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
