SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  615 PM PDT
AND A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  615 PM PDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
          ...WESTERN AMADOR...WESTERN EL DORADO...EASTERN SACRAMENTO
 
AT 5 PM PDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 1O MILES
EAST OF ROSEVILLE. NUMEROUS REPORTS OF HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL HAIL HAVE
BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS STORM. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SOUTH
SOUTHEAST AT ABOUT 15 MILES AN HOUR.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM
HAS PASSED.  MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO LOW WATER CROSSINGS.

MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
