VALLEY COUNTIES OF REAGAN...IRION...STERLING...COKE AND TOM GREEN...

...A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR TODAY FOR MCCULLOCH COUNTY...

AT 255 PM CDT SAN ANGELO RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY
RAIN WEST OF THE CONCHO VALLEY. THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN
CRANE COUNTY AND PECOS COUNTY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.

A TORNADO WATCH IN EFFECT FOR THE CENTRAL AND EAST PORTIONS OF THE BIG
COUNTRY WILL EXPIRE AT 4 PM CDT.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR ALL THE BIG COUNTRY THIS
AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

AT 325 PM CDT NUMEROUS LARGE THUNDERSTORMS WERE ALONG AND NORTH OF A
LINE FROM OLNEY TO SEYMOUR TO ROCHESTER TO NEAR SNYDER. HAIL...STRONG
GUSTY WIND AND VERY HEAVY RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED NEAR THESE STORMS.

MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

AT 355 PM CDT SAN ANGELO RADAR SHOWED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING
THE WESTERN CONCHO VALLEY. THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE NEAR CRANE ON THE
CRANE/UPTON COUNTY LINE AND SOUTH OF GIRVIN IN NORTHEAST PECOS COUNTY.
THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST VERY SLOWLY AND ARE LIKELY
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS...STRONG GUSTY WINDS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING
AND SOME HAIL.

COUNTRY UNTIL 10 OCLOCK THIS EVENING.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL THE BIG COUNTRY AREA THROUGH
TONIGHT.

AT 410 PM CDT NUMEROUS LARGE THUNDERSTORMS WERE ALONG AND NORTH OF A
LINE FROM WEST OF SNYDER TO CLAIREMONT TO GUTHRIE TO NEAR SEYMOUR.

VERY HEAVY RAIN AND MINOR STREET AND ROAD FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN THE
NORTH PORTION OF SCURRY COUNTY JUST SOUTH OF FLUVANNA AT 400 PM CDT.
THIS AREA IS BEING CLOSELY MONITORED FOR SEVERE WEATHER AND ADDITIONAL
FLOODING.

MOVEMENT OF THE STORMS WAS GENERALLY TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH...
HOWEVER THE AREA OF STORMS IN SCURRY COUNTY HAD STARTED TO DRIFT TO
THE SOUTH AND SOUTHEAST.

PERSONS IN THE WATCH AND WARNING AREAS SHOULD STAY ALERT FOR
APPROACHING THUNDERSTORMS AND BE READY TO TAqKE IMMEDIATE ACTION IF
