TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  300 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS..

IN SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS

   ...NORTHERN LITTLE RIVER COUNTY...SOUTHERN SEVIER COUNTY

AT 215 AM CDT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN SHREVEPORT
SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NORTH OF SHINEWELL OKLAHOMA. THIS
STORM PRODUCED A FUNNEL CLOUD OVER THE REDLAND AREA DURING
THE PAST 10 TO 15 MINUTES.

MOVEMENT WAS EAST SOUTHEAST NEAR 25 MPH.
