AT 145 PM SHREVEPORT WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM ALONG THE JACKSON-OUACHITA PARISH LINE BETWEEN MONROE AND JONESBORO. ANOTHER STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED ON THE WINN-CALDWELL PARISH LINE WEST OF COLUMBIA. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EASTSOUTHEAST NEAR 20 MPH.
