FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  530 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS..
 
IN NORTHWEST LOUISIANA

WEATHER RADAR IN SHREVEPORT HAS ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA OF 3 TO 5 INCHES WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS OF NEAR 6 INCHES.
AT 305 PM RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS NORTH
LOUISIANA FROM NEAR FLORIEN TO NEAR GRAYSON. HEAVY RAINFALL, GUSTY
WINDS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUxS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
