NEAR YUMA ARIZONA AND THE COLORADO RIVER MOVING INTO THE SOUTHEASTERN
PARTS OF IMPERIAL COUNTY. THE MAIN AREA OF CONCERN IS FROM IMPERIAL TO
YUMA,ARIZONA NORTHWARD ABOUT 30 MILES IN LINE WITH HIGHWAY 78.
