THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 345 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

   IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA
      ALAMANCE...EASTERN GUILFORD

AT 245 PM RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF ALAMANCE COUNTY JUST WEST OF SNOW CAMP. A VERY HEAVY
THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER THE CITY OF GREENSBORO WHICH HAS THE POTENTIAL
TO DEVELOPE INTO THE SEVERE CATEGORY. MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT
30 MPH.

MARBLE SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED AT 240 PM FROM JULIAN.

SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE HAIL..VERY HEAVY
