THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA
      IREDELL

AT 735 PM RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM  JUST EAST OF HICKORY
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THIS MOVEMENT WILL TAKE THE STORM
ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40. LARGE HAIL HAS BEEN REPORTED
WITH THIS STORM OVER CATAWBA COUNTY.
