THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA
      ALEXANDER

AT 635 PM RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST TO THE NORTHWEST
OF TAYLORSVILLE IN ALEXANDER COUNTY. HALF DOLLAR SIZE HAIL WAS
REPORTED IN THE NORTHWEST PORTION OF THE COUNTY. MOVEMENT SOUTHEAST
AT 20 TO 25 MPH.

IF YOU ARE IN AN AREA THREATENED BY THE STORM..GO TO A REINFORCED
SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE HAIL..VERY HEAVY
