THE THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE OVER EASTERN CARROLL...
SOUTHERN PATRICK...AND SOUTHWEST HENRY COUNTY. THESE STORMS COULD
PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND HAIL AS THEY MOVE TO THE EAST AT 35 MPH.
