BEDFORD AND LYNCHBURG.

RADARD INDICATES RATHER HEAVY RAIN OVER MOST OF BEDFORD COUNTY AND IN
THE WESTERN HALF OF PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY AT THIS HOUR.
PERSONS IN THOSE AREAS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR POSSIBLE FLOODING.
