IT WAS NEAR THE SMALL COMMUNITIES OF RANGER AND HART. THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MILES PER HOUR AND WILL MOVE ACROSS ROUTE 119 BETWEEN MADISON AND LOGAN BETWEEN 8 AND 8:15 ...THEN INTO ALONG THE POND AND SPRUCE FORK BASINS OF EASTERN LOGAN AND SOUTHEASTERN BOONE COUNTIES BY 9 AM. THE STORM COULD DROP ABOUT A HALF INCH OF RAIN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES AS IT MOVES FROM SOUTHERN LINCOLN COUNTY THROUGH BOONE AND LOGAN COUNTIES.
