A SLOW MOVING AREA OF RAIN AND SHOWERS HAS FALLEN ACROSS HARRISON
COUNTY DURING THE AFTERNOON. WEATHER RADAR INDICATES MORE RAIN MOVING
ACROSS THE COUNTY. SOME FLOODING TO POOR DRAINAGE AREAS HAS BEEN
REPORTED IN CLARKSBURG AND SURROUNDING LOCATIONS. ADDITIONAL FLOODING
TO POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS IS LIKELY.
