SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  515 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN CENTRAL OHIO
          ...FRANKLIN
 
AT 1:05 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE INDICATED AN AREA OF SHOWERS
AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER FRANKLIN
AND NORTHERN MADISON COUNTIES. THESE SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING VERY SLOWLY EAST NORTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN
HOUR.
 
THE DUBLIN POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTED HIGH WATER ON HIGHWAY 257...STATE 33...AND LOCALIZED FLOODING JUST SOUTH OF THE PLAIN CITY AREA.
 
HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE LOCAL FLOODING OF ROADS...SMALL
STREAMS...LOW-LYING...AND FLOOD-PRONE AREAS OVER MAINLY THE NORTHERN
HALF OF FRANKLIN COUNTY UNTIL 5:00 AM EDT.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
