WESTERN SECTION OF ALLEGANY COUNTY MAINLY IN THE WESTERNPORT AREA.
FLOODING TO BASEMENTS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS HAVE BEEN REPORTED.
WEATHER RADAR CONTINUES TO SHOW MODERATE RAIN OVER THIS AREA. SMALL
STREAMS AND CREEKS MAY OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.
 
URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IS POSSIBLE ACROSS EASTERN PRESTON
COUNTY WEST VIRGINIA AS MODERATE RAINS CONTINUE IN THIS AREA.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. IF SMALL STREAMS START RISING MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
