URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  130 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

MODERATE RAIN CONTINUES ACROSS GARRETT COUNTY. SOME URBAN FLOODING
PROBLEMS ARE STARTING TO OCCUR IN THE DEEP CREEK LAKE AREA. MORE RAIN
IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE COUNTY FOR ANOTHER HOUR AND SOME SMALL STREAMS
AND CREEKS MAY OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
